EMERGENCY & FIRST AID
In the event of an emergency, the Rochester Fire Department is on-site throughout the weekend and has a mobile unit located at Entrance 4 near the North Check-In.
The Rochester Police Department partners with the Festival to assist in making the weekend safe and successful.
LOST & FOUND
Lost and found is located at the Rochester Police Department located just south of Entrance 1.
INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the case of a weather emergency, please refer to the event map for the nearest shelter location.
SUPPORT THE ARTS
A suggested $5 donation (tax-deductible) at the entrances to the festival provides funding for Paint Creek Center for the Arts, Rochester Area Jaycees and Rochester Youth Soccer League. We thank you for your patronage.
PETS
No dogs or pets are allowed in Rochester Park during special events per city ordinance. We thank you for your cooperation.
FOOD TICKETS
With three food courts, there is no shortage of delicious food at the festival. To purchase food, please visit one of the 3 food ticket tents. These tents are distinguishable by their yellow and white stripes and are conveniently located adjacent to each food court. Accepted forms of payment are: Cash, Check, Credit (VISA, MasterCard or Discover).
INFORMATION BOOTHS
Need help finding a specific artist? Unsure of where the Kids Art Zone is? Stop by one of the two Information Booths in the park and you will find the answers to all festival-related questions. Look for the "?" on the map!

The Art & Apples Festival is a program of Paint Creek Center for the Arts, a regional, nonprofit art center located in downtown Rochester. PCCA enhances life in the region by promoting, encouraging and creating opportunities to paricipate in and appreciate the artst. This is accomplished through a full range of cultural programs including exhibitions, studio art classes, outreach programs, and the Art & Apples Festival.
